Directions for use:

• Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet x 25g in 150 – 200cc of fresh water (approximately three-quarters of a glass) and shake until completely dissolved.
• Consume after a meal, preferably after breakfast.
• It can also be dissolved in other liquids for regular consumption (infusions, water, juices, smoothies) and in solid preparations for regular consumption (purees, yogurts, and custards).
